Every trade fair has its own regulations, deadlines and technical constraints. Maximum heights, permitted loads, approved materials, build-up hours, hall access procedures: details that, if overlooked, become problems the day before opening.
We take care of them. You focus on why you are there.
Site survey and design
We assess the space allocated to you, the organiser's regulations and your commercial objectives. How many staff will be on the stand? Do you need a private area for meetings? Should visitors handle the product or look at it? Those answers shape a design made for you, not a standard module adapted to fit.
3D renders and approval
We deliver three-dimensional models and videos of the finished stand, with final materials, lighting, graphics and furnishings. You see your space from every angle before it exists. Every change happens here, where it costs design time and nothing else.
Graphic design
If you already have brand guidelines, we apply them to the stand. If you do not, we create the artwork: wall graphics, signage, totems, supporting materials — all consistent with your brand.
In-house printing
We print on our own equipment. That means colour control, direct checks on materials, and the ability to make late changes without waiting on an external printer.
Production
We build your stand using materials selected for their purpose, expected lifespan and the fair's regulations. Graphics, furnishings and fittings are prepared and checked before they leave.
Logistics and installation
We transport the stand and, if needed, your goods as well: products for display, sample cases, promotional material. One vehicle, one contact, one delivery to the venue. We handle loading and unloading, on-site installation, electrical systems and lighting, and the paperwork with the organiser.
Support during the fair
A dedicated contact reachable for the whole run of the event. If something needs fixing or changing at the last minute, someone answers — and someone comes.
Dismantling and reuse
We dismantle within the times set by the organiser. Stands designed for reuse can be refurbished and adapted for the next fair, at a significant saving over building from scratch.
