How much does an exhibition stand cost?
There's no fixed price list: the cost of a custom stand comes down to a few key factors. Here's what they are and how to get an accurate quote.
A custom exhibition stand has no price list: two stands of the same size can cost very differently. The price is built on a few concrete factors, and it helps to know them before asking for a quote.
What drives the price
The main variables are floor area and position (corner, island, head), height and any second storey, materials and finishes, the amount of printed graphics, furnishings, lighting and technology — screens and LED walls. The taller, more scenic and more bespoke the stand, the higher the value.
Custom or modular?
A modular stand costs less and is reusable fair after fair, but has less impact. A custom stand is designed around the space you are given and your brand: it costs more but communicates in a unique way. The choice depends on your goals and how often you exhibit.
How to get an accurate quote
The fastest route is to start from real data: the floor plan or size of the space, the fair, and what you want to achieve. With those, we can come back with a concrete proposal rather than a generic figure. At Stanport, design, graphics, printing, production and installation are all in-house, so the quote is clear and free of surprises.
