How to choose an exhibition stand company
Design, production, installation, support: what to really look at before entrusting your stand to a contractor.
Entrusting a stand means entrusting your company’s image over three decisive days. Not every contractor works the same way: here are the right questions to ask before you choose.
Do they do everything in-house or rely on third parties?
A contractor who designs, prints, builds and installs with their own crews controls quality and timing. When each stage is passed to different suppliers, you get more buck-passing and dead time. Ask who does what, and who answers if something goes wrong.
Do they show a render before the build?
A 3D render and a project video let you approve materials, lighting and graphics before anything is built. You approve a project, not a promise — and every change happens at that stage, where it costs nothing.
Do they know the fair and handle logistics?
Every exhibition centre has its own regulations, timing and procedures. An experienced contractor knows them, handles permits, transport and installation, and is on site for support. When build-up days are counted, this makes the difference.
