Stanport has been designing, building and installing exhibition stands with experience in the sector since 1986. More than 3,000 stands built, at exhibition centres throughout Europe.

We are based in San Pietro in Casale, just outside Bologna, in one of Italy's densest industrial districts. Working alongside companies that exhibit across Europe every year has taught us one thing: a trade fair is not won with the flashiest stand, but with the right one — the stand that handles the flow of visitors, that says what you do in three seconds, and that is finished when the halls open.
We are not a middleman
We design in-house, oversee production and install with our own crews. That means one point of contact from concept to handover, and no shifting of responsibility when deadlines get tight.
It is a harder way to work than subcontracting everything, but it lets us tell you precisely how long it will take and what it will cost — and then hold to it.

The design comes before the build
Our technical office produces three-dimensional models and videos covering every detail of the stand: materials, lighting, graphics, furnishings. You see the finished space before a single panel is made.
This is not a technological flourish. It is the cheapest way to get things wrong: a change at render stage costs an hour of design time; the same change on site costs a day and a strained relationship.
What drives us
Design sits at the centre of every project, but never for its own sake. A beautiful stand that does not work is wasted investment; a functional stand nobody notices is a missed opportunity. Our job is the point where the two meet.
